Lauren Martinez is a registered dietitian nutritionist residing in Vallejo, California. She completed her Bachelor of Science Degree in Nutrition and Dietetics, as well as her dietetic internship and masters certificate program at San Francisco State University. Lauren has specialty training in gastrointestinal health and functional nutrition, with a focus on Small Intestinal Bacterial Overgrowth (SIBO). Lauren is “SIBO Doctor Approved” by Doctor Nirala Jacobi, an internationally recognized expert in functional digestive disorders.
